Generally, RFVSC does not offer refunds. RFVSC may offer refunds for 3-underlying reasons -

1. Family relocation. RFVSC may offer a refund if the relocation takes place prior to any team practice for the season. Should the relocation occur during the season, RFVSC has the right to pro-rate the players registration based on the amount of time the player played. Registration can also be credited to the following season.
2. Player injury. RFVSC may offer a refund if the injury occurs prior to any team practice for the season. Should the injury occur during the season, RFVSC has the right to pro-rate the players registration based on the amount of time the player played. Registration can also be credited to the following season.
3. Player drop from the program. RFVSC may offer a refund PRIOR to the start of season and with an approved reason. Should the player drop occur during the season, RFVSC has the right to pro-rate the players registration based on the amount of time the player played.

RFVSC has the right to amend the Refund Policy at any time.
